If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to remove, suspend or make changes to our website at any time, without prior notice. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and it is your responsibility that you check to ensure you are aware of the current terms and conditions.

PRICING
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however Mr Vintage reserves the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.

COLOURS
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We have made every effort to provide accurate stock availability information on our website, however, we do not guarantee that if a product is classified as being “in stock” that stock will be available to purchase online.

RETURNS

If you buy something you think you like, but then you find out you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit – it sucks. That’s why we offer a 30 days return policy here at Mr Vintage.

Truth be told, we’re not overly fussed why you don’t want it, just so long as you’re happy. Basically, if it’s a gift – no worries. If it’s the wrong size – no worries. If the colour doesn’t suit you – no worries. Don’t worry.

Be reasonable though, it’d be cool if you didn’t wear it in the mosh pit last time you went to an AC/DC concert. Hayden smell checks the t-shirts to find out if they’ve been soiled, and he knows what a mosh pit smells like.

We also don’t accept returns of outlet/sale items or our custom printed ranges. These are printed to order so make sure you choose your size wisely. 

We’re happy to pay free shipping for returns that qualify, but if you chose the wrong size, then the courier shout is on you.

NEW ZEALAND STANDARD DELIVERY:
Auckland – $7.00
North Island, Upper/Middle – $8.00
North Island, Lower – $9
South Island – $10
Rural + $5

AUSTRALIA DELIVERY:
$30 – flat rate, with tracking

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY:
$50 – Flat Rate, FedEx tracked
International Express Courier (FedEx) will take between 2-5 days once dispatched from the warehouse.
Your order may incur local custom duties, which are payable by recipient of the order to the customs authority. We are not responsible for importing charges.

PRIVACY

People are always worried about entering their personal information online, my old man is case-in-point. He won’t order anything online, it’s all over the phone – but he’s old school, he still balances his company books with a big file ledge sheet and his trusty ‘biro’.

But we realise it is a very real threat for many of you shopping on our website. So what we can promise is that we take every precaution necessary to ensure all your details are as safe as can be. We firmly believe in your privacy and the security of your personal information. Information entered on the site, whether it’s for an order or for the mailing list, is not sold, rented or distributed to anyone. All personal information is exchanged using SSL, which protects against any access by third parties.

SECURITY

We know some people don’t feel comfortable about handing over their credit card information online. We even had one customer who didn’t have a credit card because he didn’t like the feeling of the plastic. Unless you’ve got a plastic phobia though, you’ll be fine. Here’s why…

All of our credit card transactions are processed by the best practice online payment system DPS (Direct Payment Solutions) in a secure payment gateway. Mr Vintage don’t actually receive or hold your credit card details, your details are handled by DPS, and are only used when being transmitted to the appropriate credit card agency for processing. We only receive the first six and last two digits of your credit card, just to help identify your orders.
